⧫ GENERAL ⧫
• I have the right to refuse commissions at my discretion.• Deadlines may vary depending on the quantity and complexity of the artwork. Please ask me beforehand.• The buyer must provide detailed information about what they would like to be drawn and must have a reference sheet or clear artwork of the character.
⧫ PAYMENT ⧫
• Once it's your turn in the queue, I will send an invoice via PayPal to proceed with the desired commission.• Payment is REQUIRED FIRST and must be completed to start the commission. You will receive WIPs and be informed of the entire process.• If your commission is canceled after 7 days of payment without having started, you will receive an 80% refund.• If your commission was in the sketch phase, you will receive a 40% refund.• If your commission was in the line phase, you will receive a 10% refund.• If your commission was in the coloring/rendering phase, no refund will be issued.• No changes will be made once the artwork is completed, and if changes are requested, an additional fee will apply.
⧫ USAGE TERMS ⧫
• You are allowed to use my artwork for personal use. Commercial use must be discussed beforehand.• You are not allowed to trace, resell, color, or modify my artwork unless given my permission.• You are not allowed to remove my watermark or signature or hide it. Doing so will be considered theft.• I will use your commission to promote my artwork. If you do not want me to post it, there will be an additional charge of 50% of the total art price. Please notify me before making the payment.
